【摘要】：正年輕干部要把"實"作為政治追求。年輕干部必須在謀事、干事中做到實實在在、踏踏實實,要善于彎下腰、低下頭。所謂彎下腰,就是要多到田間地頭、鄉(xiāng)里坊間,深入基層一線;所謂低下頭,就是要多接觸人民群眾,了解他們的所思、所想,傾聽他們的訴求。
[Abstract]:Young cadres should pursue "reality" as a political pursuit. Young cadres must be practical and down-to-earth among their officers. They should be good at bending down and lowering their heads. The so-called "stooping" means that they should go to the fields and the countryside. To go deep into the grassroots; to lower one's head means to get in touch with the masses, to understand what they think, to think, and to listen to their demands.
