【摘要】：隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展，在全新的時代背景下，社會各領(lǐng)域也出現(xiàn)了多種形式的腐敗問題，這種在道德上的失范不僅要從法律上予以必要的約束和治理，更需要從根源上加強廉政警示教育。高校是培育新時期優(yōu)秀社會建設(shè)人才的重要場所，大學(xué)生更是未來參與社會發(fā)展的主力軍與新生力量，因此，高校加強大學(xué)生的廉政警示教育是非常必要的。廉政警示教育能夠用多種形式來教化和感化大學(xué)生，，通過對于大學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展的干預(yù)和引導(dǎo)，促使大學(xué)生提高自身的廉政認(rèn)知水平，使得大學(xué)生樹立廉潔的情感、信念、認(rèn)識、意志與習(xí)慣。高校廉政警示教育是我國懲防體系的重要環(huán)節(jié)，也是杜絕和預(yù)防我國腐敗問題的第一道防線，其能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)法律手段與經(jīng)濟制裁手段所無法達(dá)到的警示教育效果。因此，在新時期的新形勢下，高校應(yīng)該全面了解當(dāng)前社會發(fā)展的時代特征，深刻剖析高校廉政警示教育的現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)一步加強廉政文化建設(shè)，重點提升高校師生的廉政意識，使高校上下全體成員都能夠牢固樹立正確的道德觀、權(quán)力觀與價值觀。本文共分為四個部分： 第一部分：高校廉政警示教育的基本理論概論。這一部分主要論述了廉政及廉政教育的基本內(nèi)涵，并分析廉政警示教育的本質(zhì)、特征與功能，從而為后續(xù)部分的研究掃清理論上的障礙。 第二部分：新形勢下加強高校大學(xué)生廉政警示教育的必要性。主要包括廉政警示教育是構(gòu)建和諧社會的基本前提，是建設(shè)社會主義廉政社會的基本要求，是高校思想政治教育深化改革的重要途徑，是繼承和弘揚我國優(yōu)秀廉政文化的迫切需要四個部分，從而明確高校開展廉政警示教育的重要意義。 第三部分：新時期我國高校大學(xué)生廉政警示教育的現(xiàn)狀。這一部分重點論述了迄今為止高校大學(xué)生廉政警示教育所取得的主要成就，同時進(jìn)一步分析了高校大學(xué)生廉政警示教育重存在的主要問題，從而為下一部分對策的研究指明方向。 第四部分：新形勢下加強高校廉政警示教育的路徑思考。具體對策主要包括運用先進(jìn)的理論思想指導(dǎo)高校廉政教育、加強新時期高校廉政文化的建設(shè)、科學(xué)把握高校大學(xué)生廉政警示教育的原則、完善廉政警示教育課程體系，加強廉政教育隊伍建設(shè)四個方面，以期為我國高校廉政警示教育的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, under the background of a new era, various forms of corruption have also appeared in various fields of society. This kind of moral anomie should not only be subject to the necessary restraint and governance from the legal point of view. It is even more necessary to strengthen the education of clean government warning from the root causes. Colleges and universities are an important place to cultivate outstanding talents for social construction in the new period, and college students are the main force and new forces participating in social development in the future. Therefore, It is very necessary for colleges and universities to strengthen the clean and honest education of college students. The warning education of clean government can educate and influence college students in various forms, and through the intervention and guidance to the physical and mental development of college students, To promote college students to improve their own level of understanding of clean government, make students establish clean feelings, beliefs, understanding, will and habits. The warning education of clean government in colleges and universities is an important link in the system of punishment and prevention in our country. It is also the first line of defense against and preventing corruption in our country. It can achieve warning education effects that cannot be achieved by legal means and economic sanctions. Therefore, under the new situation in the new era, Colleges and universities should comprehensively understand the characteristics of the current social development, deeply analyze the current situation of the warning education of clean government in colleges and universities, further strengthen the construction of clean government culture, and focus on promoting the sense of clean government of teachers and students in colleges and universities. So that all members of colleges and universities can firmly establish a correct moral outlook, power view and values. This paper is divided into four parts:. This part mainly discusses the basic connotation of clean government and clean government education, and analyzes the essence, characteristics and functions of clean government warning education. In order to clear the theoretical barriers for the follow-up part of the study. The second part: the necessity of strengthening the warning education of clean government for college students under the new situation, mainly including the warning education of clean government is the basic premise of building a harmonious society and the basic requirement of building a clean and honest socialist society. It is an important way to deepen the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is also the urgent need of inheriting and carrying forward the culture of excellent clean government in our country, so as to make clear the important significance of carrying out the warning education of clean government in colleges and universities. The third part: the current situation of the clean government warning education for college students in our country in the new period. This part focuses on the main achievements of the clean government warning education of college students so far. At the same time, this paper further analyzes the main problems in the education of clean government warning for college students, thus pointing out the direction for the next part of the study. Part 4th: thinking on the path of strengthening the warning education of clean government in colleges and universities under the new situation. The specific countermeasures mainly include the application of advanced theoretical ideas to guide the education of clean government in colleges and universities, and the strengthening of the construction of clean government culture in colleges and universities in the new period. To scientifically grasp the principles of clean government warning education for college students, to perfect the curriculum system of clean government education, and to strengthen the construction of clean government education team, so as to contribute to the further optimization of clean government warning education in colleges and universities in our country.
