【摘要】：在抗日戰(zhàn)爭相持階段,為適應(yīng)戰(zhàn)爭形式的新發(fā)展,國民黨發(fā)動(dòng)了一場(chǎng)動(dòng)員廣大民眾全面參與抗戰(zhàn)的國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)。中國共產(chǎn)黨及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的陜甘寧邊區(qū)為了鞏固國共統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線及推動(dòng)民眾抗日意識(shí)的覺醒,從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等多個(gè)方面結(jié)合邊區(qū)的現(xiàn)實(shí)對(duì)國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)的內(nèi)容做出新的解釋并加以改造,進(jìn)而對(duì)陜甘寧邊區(qū)各愛國群體發(fā)起了有效政治動(dòng)員。從歷史角度來看,這場(chǎng)規(guī)模浩大的運(yùn)動(dòng)既為鞏固抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線、爭取抗戰(zhàn)的最后勝利奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的思想基礎(chǔ),也為陜甘寧邊區(qū)各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展提供了人力、物力及精神上的支持。本文從延安時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)陜甘寧邊區(qū)的國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)的理解、宣傳和開展等具體動(dòng)員事宜進(jìn)行梳理和評(píng)述,對(duì)于歷史事實(shí)展開詳細(xì)的提取和分析,對(duì)于陜甘寧邊區(qū)開展國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)的成就和經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行闡釋,力求能夠?yàn)檫@一運(yùn)動(dòng)的研究有所助益,這也是本文的一大亮點(diǎn)。本文從文章結(jié)構(gòu)上分為引言、正文兩個(gè)組成部分。引言部分著重對(duì)選題緣由及意義、該問題的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和方法、創(chuàng)新之處這四個(gè)方面內(nèi)容做一簡要陳述。正文分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分基于國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)從宏觀上對(duì)其進(jìn)行簡要梳理,目的是讓讀者對(duì)該運(yùn)動(dòng)大致了解和總體把握,為理解下文做好鋪墊。第二部分著重從陜甘寧邊區(qū)國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)的理解與宣傳入手,闡述陜甘寧邊區(qū)政府對(duì)國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)的精神內(nèi)涵作了適合陜甘地區(qū)客觀實(shí)際的調(diào)整和改造。為了響應(yīng)國民政府發(fā)起的這一運(yùn)動(dòng),陜甘寧邊區(qū)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)本身進(jìn)行了廣泛的宣傳和動(dòng)員。與此同時(shí),陜甘寧邊區(qū)充分利用這一全國動(dòng)員的大好機(jī)會(huì),結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)《綱領(lǐng)》內(nèi)容,對(duì)邊區(qū)和各個(gè)根據(jù)地及全國廣大民眾進(jìn)行了為爭取民族獨(dú)立而進(jìn)行的抗日戰(zhàn)爭、邊區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、文化建設(shè)及社會(huì)風(fēng)氣改造等多領(lǐng)域、多層次、全方位的廣泛宣傳動(dòng)員。第三部分則是在對(duì)陜甘寧邊區(qū)歷史資料梳理歸納的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)在抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員、文化傳承改造、社會(huì)風(fēng)氣改造等方面的具體化進(jìn)行論述。第四部分根據(jù)國民精神總動(dòng)員運(yùn)動(dòng)在陜甘寧邊區(qū)具體開展的情況來看,主要從對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)、民眾、以及對(duì)維系抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線等四個(gè)方面所產(chǎn)生的歷史影響進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the new development of the war form, The Kuomintang launched a general mobilization movement of the national spirit to mobilize the broad masses of the people to participate in the War of Resistance. In order to consolidate the United front of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China and to promote the awakening of the people's consciousness of resistance against Japan, the Communist Party of China and its Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region started from the political and economic aspects. Culture and other aspects combined with the reality of the Border region to make a new interpretation and reform of the content of the national spirit mobilization movement, and then launched an effective political mobilization to various patriotic groups in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region. From the historical point of view, This massive movement not only laid a solid ideological foundation for consolidating the anti-Japanese national United front and striving for the final victory of the War of Resistance, but also provided manpower for the vigorous development of various undertakings in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region. This paper reviews the concrete mobilization issues such as the understanding, propaganda and development of the general mobilization movement of the national spirit of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region during the Yan'an period. To carry out a detailed extraction and analysis of historical facts, to explain the achievements and experiences of the general mobilization movement of the national spirit in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region, and to make every effort to contribute to the study of the movement. This is also one of the highlights of this paper. This paper is divided into two parts from the structure of the article: introduction, the main body. The introduction focuses on the reason and significance of the topic, the current research situation, research ideas and methods. The main body is divided into four parts. The first part is based on the development of the general mobilization movement of the national spirit. The purpose is to give readers a general understanding and general grasp of the movement, and to lay the groundwork for understanding the following. The second part focuses on the understanding and propaganda of the general mobilization movement of the national spirit in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region. This paper expounds that the government of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region has adjusted and reformed the spiritual connotation of the general mobilization movement of the national spirit, which is suitable for the objective and actual conditions in the Shaanxi-Gansu region, in order to respond to the movement initiated by the National Government, The Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region has carried out extensive propaganda and mobilization of the movement itself. At the same time, the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region has made full use of this great opportunity for national mobilization and combined with the contents of the Movement's Programme. The War of Resistance against Japan, the economic development of the border region, the construction of culture and the transformation of social atmosphere were carried out in the border areas, base areas and the broad masses of the people throughout the country in order to fight for national independence. The third part is on the basis of combing and summing up the historical data of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region to mobilize the general mobilization movement of the national spirit in the War of Resistance against Japan and to transform the cultural heritage.
