【摘要】："微權(quán)力"也是權(quán)力,"微腐敗"也是腐敗,權(quán)力必須受到監(jiān)督,腐敗必須受到懲治。基層黨員干部權(quán)力雖"微",但是,一旦濫用權(quán)力導(dǎo)致腐敗,就會嚴重損害人民群眾的切身利益。因此,治理農(nóng)村基層"微腐敗"要抓住問題的關(guān)鍵,從全面從嚴治黨的大局出發(fā),著力構(gòu)建基層貪腐有效治理機制。
[Abstract]:"Micro-power" is also power, "micro-corruption" is also corruption, power must be supervised and corruption must be punished. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the key of the problem, from the overall situation of strict administration of the Party, to build an effective mechanism for the control of corruption at the grass-roots level.
