【摘要】：早在新民主主義革命時期,我們黨學(xué)習(xí)蘇共的政治審查經(jīng)驗(yàn)考察入黨積極分子和干部隊(duì)伍,加強(qiáng)了黨組織建設(shè),純化了干部黨員隊(duì)伍。新中國成立后,政治審查拓展到干部和人才管理各方面,包括學(xué)校招生、部隊(duì)征兵、企業(yè)招工、出國留學(xué)等領(lǐng)域,成為國家管理社會的重要手段。"文革"時期,政治審查出現(xiàn)"唯成分論"的極端演化,給我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展帶來負(fù)面作用。改革開放以后,政治審查在糾偏中發(fā)展創(chuàng)新,審查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更多地強(qiáng)調(diào)本人的思想品德和政治表現(xiàn),不僅考慮政治因素,也考慮個人能力。
[Abstract]:As early as the period of the new democratic revolution, our party learned from the experience of the Communist Party of Soviet Union (CPC) in reviewing its political examination experience, inspected the party activists and cadres, strengthened the party's organizational construction, purified the ranks of cadres and party members, and, after the founding of New China, Political censorship, which extends to various aspects of cadre and talent management, including school recruitment, army recruitment, enterprise recruitment, and studying abroad, has become an important means for the state to manage the society. The extreme evolution of the "only component theory" in the political review has brought negative effects to the economic and social development of our country. After the reform and opening up, the political review has developed innovations in rectifying deviations, and the standards of the examination have emphasized more on their own ideological and moral character and political performance. Consider not only political factors, but also personal abilities.
