【摘要】：正網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐是社會(huì)主體借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)公布、了解、監(jiān)督權(quán)力的運(yùn)行,以有效預(yù)防、遏制、懲戒腐敗的方式、行為及過程。當(dāng)前我國存在兩種網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐模式:一是官方網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐,即黨政相關(guān)部門借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)推進(jìn)政務(wù)公開,進(jìn)行反腐倡廉宣傳教育,受理、反饋單位或個(gè)人的舉報(bào),以預(yù)防、
