【摘要】：不合格黨員退出機(jī)制不健全、黨員出口不暢通的問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響了黨員隊(duì)伍的純潔性,對(duì)黨組織戰(zhàn)斗力提升帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重障礙。構(gòu)建不合格黨員退出機(jī)制過(guò)程中,應(yīng)科學(xué)界定不合格黨員標(biāo)準(zhǔn),嚴(yán)格預(yù)備黨員轉(zhuǎn)正為正式黨員的條件及程序,構(gòu)建不合格黨員退出機(jī)制需要群眾參與并發(fā)揮黨內(nèi)民主,健全完善不合格黨員退出后的配套措施。
[Abstract]:Unqualified members exit mechanism is not perfect, the party does not export flow problems, has seriously affected the purity of Party members, Party organizations to enhance the combat effectiveness of serious obstacles. Construction of unqualified members exit mechanism in the process should be scientifically defined unqualified Party member standard, strictly positive probationary members as regular members of the conditions and procedures. Construction of unqualified members exit mechanism requires people to participate and play the inner-party democracy, perfect supporting measures after the unqualified members exit.
