【摘要】：正2015年1月20日,伴隨著海南省第一中級(jí)人民法院的一審判決,本以為"平穩(wěn)退休"、可以在家"頤養(yǎng)天年"的海南省海洋與漁業(yè)監(jiān)察總隊(duì)原副巡視員王世坤,開始了自己13年的牢獄生涯。對(duì)待"感情投資",來(lái)者不拒領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部手中的權(quán)力屬于人民,理應(yīng)自覺(jué)用來(lái)為人民謀利益。然而,一些領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部卻把公權(quán)當(dāng)成私權(quán)、特權(quán),極力想將其打造成追求享樂(lè)、滿足私欲的工具。
