【摘要】：發(fā)展壯大黨組織是政黨的首要任務(wù),中共也不例外。但長期以來,史學(xué)界關(guān)注的重點是中國革命的歷史,對中共自身發(fā)展壯大的歷程關(guān)注不夠。本文試著通過對1921至1945年間中共在發(fā)展黨員問題上所走過的曲折道路進行分析,從不同于一般革命史的角度,來觀察中共是如何一步步發(fā)展壯大起來的,是如何逐漸實現(xiàn)了馬克思主義與中國實際相結(jié)合的,是如何從幼稚走向成熟的。這對今天的黨建工作也有一定啟迪意義。
[Abstract]:Developing and strengthening party organizations is the party's primary task, and the CPC is no exception. But for a long time, the historical circles have focused on the history of the Chinese revolution. Not enough attention is paid to the course of the CPC's own development and growth. This paper tries to analyze the tortuous road that the CPC has taken in the issue of recruiting party members from 1921 to 1945, from a different angle from the point of view of the general revolutionary history. To observe how the CPC has developed step by step, how it has gradually realized the integration of Marxism with China's reality, and how it has moved from childish to mature, which is also of certain enlightening significance to the work of party building today.
