【摘要】：我們國家實現(xiàn)了富民強(qiáng)國，人民過上了幸福的生活，這一切都依靠中國共產(chǎn)黨和黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的模范帶頭作用。如今，越來越多的青年加入了中國共產(chǎn)黨，為中國共產(chǎn)黨注入了新鮮血液，成為中國共產(chǎn)黨新生力量的主力軍，然而有少數(shù)青年共產(chǎn)黨員身上存在一些問題。本文探尋了青年共產(chǎn)黨員修養(yǎng)問題的成因，查找了對策。 本文先就修養(yǎng)的概念進(jìn)行了解讀，并分析了當(dāng)代青年共產(chǎn)黨員修養(yǎng)的必要性，論述了青年共產(chǎn)黨員修養(yǎng)，是中國共產(chǎn)黨所肩負(fù)的歷史使命和客觀要求，是黨更好地繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的需要，是深入貫徹落實“三個代表”重要思想和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的本質(zhì)要求，，也是青年共產(chǎn)黨員保持自身發(fā)展的必然要求。通過對大學(xué)的走訪和調(diào)查研究，對當(dāng)代青年共產(chǎn)黨員修養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析并指出了當(dāng)代青年共產(chǎn)黨員修養(yǎng)存在的諸多問題。 文章分析了這些問題的成因，指出了青年共產(chǎn)黨員不重視黨的理論學(xué)習(xí)、淡化黨的宗旨、放松自己對修養(yǎng)的提升、不能起到帶頭作用等自身原因所引起。還有社會文化大環(huán)境下外因的影響，包括市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的負(fù)效應(yīng)對其造成的影響、封建文化殘余思想的影響、對青年共產(chǎn)黨員的監(jiān)督不足和制度不健全等因素。 本文在最后章節(jié)闡述該問題解決的方式和方法，為提高當(dāng)代青年共產(chǎn)黨員修養(yǎng)提出了建議，加強(qiáng)青年共產(chǎn)黨員的文化理論修養(yǎng)、組織紀(jì)律性、加強(qiáng)思想作風(fēng)建設(shè)、牢固樹立理想主義、踐行社會主義榮辱觀，加強(qiáng)這些內(nèi)在規(guī)范。對市場經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行調(diào)控、肅清封建文化思想、加強(qiáng)青年共產(chǎn)黨員的教育管理機(jī)制、完善黨的制度等外在規(guī)范。讓青年共產(chǎn)黨員能夠更好的全方位發(fā)展，為社會主義和諧社會的建設(shè)輸入源源不斷的新生力量。只要青年共產(chǎn)黨員以更加奮發(fā)有為的精神狀態(tài)推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)，我們黨就一定能夠更好把握歷史大勢、勇立時代潮頭、引領(lǐng)社會進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:Our country has achieved a prosperous and powerful people and a happy life for the people, all of which depend on the exemplary and leading role of the Communist Party of China and the leading cadres of party members. Now, more and more young people have joined the Communist Party of China. It has injected fresh blood into the Communist Party of China and become the main force of the new strength of the Communist Party of China. However, there are some problems in a few young Communist Party members. This paper probes into the causes of the problems of the cultivation of the young Communist Party members and finds out the countermeasures. This paper first interprets the concept of cultivation, analyzes the necessity of the cultivation of contemporary young Communist Party members, and discusses that the accomplishment of young Communist Party members is the historical mission and objective requirement of the Communist Party of China. It is the need for the Party to inherit and carry forward the fine tradition better, and the essential requirement for the thorough implementation of the important thought of "three represents" and the scientific development view. It is also an inevitable requirement for the young Communist Party members to maintain their own development. Through the investigation and study of the universities, this paper analyzes the present situation of the cultivation of the contemporary young Communist Party members and points out many problems existing in the cultivation of the contemporary young Communist Party members. The paper analyzes the causes of these problems, points out that young Communists do not attach importance to the theoretical study of the Party, downplay the Party's purpose, and relax their own self-improvement. The negative effects of the development of the market economy on them, the influence of the vestiges of feudal culture, The supervision of young Communist Party members is insufficient and the system is not perfect and so on. In the last chapter, this paper expounds the ways and methods of solving this problem, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the cultivation of contemporary young Communist Party members, strengthening the cultural and theoretical accomplishment of the young Communists, organizing discipline and strengthening the construction of ideological style. Firmly establish idealism, practice socialist concept of honor and disgrace, strengthen these internal norms, regulate and control the market economy, eliminate feudal cultural ideas, strengthen the educational management mechanism of young Communist Party members, To improve the external norms of the Party's system, so that young Communists can better develop in all directions. As long as the young Communist Party members push forward the Party's construction with a more energetic spirit, our party will certainly be able to better grasp the general trend of history and bravely set the tide of the times. To lead social progress.
