【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展給基層黨建工作的組織體系、黨員管理、工作機(jī)制等方面帶來諸多新變化,使過渡型社區(qū)的黨組織在利益協(xié)調(diào)、資源整合方面力不從心。由于缺乏規(guī)律性的認(rèn)識,基層黨組織在理念上存在偏差,在態(tài)度上簡單應(yīng)付,造成過渡型社區(qū)黨建工作的弱化狀態(tài)。吳江區(qū)"融入式黨建"的探索,為破解這一難題提供了新視野。過渡型社區(qū)黨建創(chuàng)新需要以統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)的理念為指導(dǎo),適應(yīng)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展的趨勢,著眼于社會未來發(fā)展來展開創(chuàng)新,要圍繞提高基層黨組織的核心地位來加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè),優(yōu)化組織設(shè)置和組織體系,加強(qiáng)黨員教育管理,形成工作新機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The development of urbanization has brought many new changes to the organizational system, the management of party members, and the working mechanism of the Party building work at the grass-roots level, which has made the party organizations in transitional communities unable to cope with the problems of coordination of interests and integration of resources. Due to the lack of regular understanding, The Party organizations at the grass-roots level have deviations in concept and a simple attitude to deal with, resulting in the weakening of the Party building work in the transitional community. The exploration of "integrating the Party Building" in Wu Jiang District, In order to solve this problem, a new vision is provided. The innovation of party building in transitional community needs to be guided by the idea of coordinating urban and rural areas, adapt to the trend of urban-rural integration, and focus on the future development of society. It is necessary to improve the core position of the grass-roots Party organizations to strengthen their own construction, to optimize the organizational setup and organizational system, to strengthen the education and management of party members, and to form a new working mechanism.
