【摘要】：正2014年以來,江蘇省丹陽市采取"看、評、訪、察、用"等方法,深入開展領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部綜合分析研判,為把脈班子、識別干部提供了可靠依據(jù)。多維度"看",分析班子運行質(zhì)態(tài)。一是廣角鏡頭勾勒結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀。廣泛收集年度考核、績效考核、民主生活會、重點工作督查情況等5個方面13個類別的信息資料,歸納統(tǒng)計班子年齡、性別、黨派、學(xué)歷、專業(yè)等基本情況,梳理匯總班子歷年考察材料、工作總結(jié)等原始材料,建立基礎(chǔ)資料數(shù)據(jù)庫。二是變焦鏡頭分析運行質(zhì)態(tài)。圍繞班子運行狀態(tài)、班子類型等開展運行態(tài)勢評
