【摘要】：本文以當(dāng)前開(kāi)展的"三嚴(yán)三實(shí)"專(zhuān)題教育活動(dòng)為背景,結(jié)合甘肅省情,以黨課輔導(dǎo)報(bào)告為指導(dǎo),在深入理解其中對(duì)"三嚴(yán)三實(shí)"的內(nèi)涵解讀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)照其中提出的"不嚴(yán)不實(shí)"的具體表現(xiàn),將"三嚴(yán)三實(shí)"專(zhuān)題教育活動(dòng)細(xì)化分解為可量化測(cè)評(píng)的具象指標(biāo),分類(lèi)匯總形成指標(biāo)大庫(kù),再以指標(biāo)篩選、權(quán)重確定、實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)等方式構(gòu)建科學(xué)的測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)體系,用以評(píng)價(jià)專(zhuān)題教育活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展成效.通過(guò)測(cè)評(píng)既可實(shí)現(xiàn)組織間排序功能,以甄別各行政機(jī)關(guān)開(kāi)展專(zhuān)題教育活動(dòng)成效的優(yōu)劣,更重要的是通過(guò)該體系實(shí)現(xiàn)診斷功能,確定專(zhuān)題活動(dòng)開(kāi)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,以及時(shí)作出調(diào)整修正,更好地推動(dòng)活動(dòng)的有效開(kāi)展.
[Abstract]:Based on the current educational activities of "three strict and three facts", combined with the situation of Gansu Province and guided by the guidance of the Party's class guidance report, this article is based on a deep understanding of the connotation of "three strict and three facts". Comparing with the concrete performance of "not strict and unreal", the special education activities of "three strict and three facts" are broken down into concrete indicators that can be quantified and evaluated, and then classified and aggregated to form a large database of indicators, and then selected by indicators. Weight determination, empirical testing and other ways to build a scientific evaluation index system to evaluate the performance of thematic education activities. Through the evaluation can not only achieve inter-organizational ranking function. In order to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the special educational activities carried out by the administrative organs, more importantly, to realize the diagnostic function through the system, to determine the problems existing in the process of the thematic activities, in order to make timely adjustments and amendments. Better promote the effective development of activities.
