【摘要】：正紀檢監(jiān)察機關(guān)對信訪舉報反映的問題進行核查后,在調(diào)查報告中要對反映問題的屬實程度作出認定,一股分為"屬實、基本屬實、部分屬實、失實",也可分為"屬實、基本屬實、部分屬實、不屬實"。信訪舉報屬實程度分類是否科學(xué)合理和準確明白,直接關(guān)系紀檢監(jiān)察機關(guān)辦理信訪舉報工作的要求和標準,體現(xiàn)紀檢監(jiān)察機關(guān)解決群眾反映強烈問題的態(tài)度和認識,更涉
[Abstract]:After verifying the problems reported in the letters and visits, the positive discipline inspection and supervision organs should make a determination on the extent of the authenticity of the problems reflected in the investigation report. One unit is divided into "truthfulness, basic truth, partial truth, and falsehood." Can also be divided into "truth, basic truth, part of the truth, not true" .Letters and complaints report true degree classification is scientific, reasonable and accurate understanding, directly related to discipline inspection and supervision organs handle the requirements and standards for reporting letters and visits. Reflecting the attitude and understanding of discipline inspection and supervision organs in solving the masses' strong problems, and even more relevant to them.
