【摘要】：新中國成立初期,陳云從維護社會穩(wěn)定、保障民眾生活、鞏固新生政權的角度出發(fā),對社會建設的相關理論和實踐進行了可貴的探索。他要求"統(tǒng)籌兼顧",正確處理社會穩(wěn)定、資源、國力和基本建設的關系,做到在綜合平衡中開展建設;關心民眾的基本需求和切身利益,努力做好社會保障,使民眾成為參與社會建設的重要力量;囑咐黨員干部努力"摸業(yè)務",加強調(diào)查研究,實現(xiàn)社會建設和黨的建設相輔相成。探究、學習這一時期陳云關于社會建設的理論和實踐,對于中國共產(chǎn)黨切實提升執(zhí)政能力,推進當前的社會建設和實現(xiàn)全面建成小康社會的目標具有借鑒和啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the founding of new Chinese, Chen Yun from the maintenance of social stability, safeguard the people's life, consolidate the new regime perspective, made valuable exploration of the related theory and practice of social construction. He called for "holistic", correctly handle the relationship between resources, social stability, national strength and basic construction, to carry out the construction of in the overall balance care; the basic needs of people and interests, and strive to do a good job of social security, make people become an important force in the social construction of Party members and cadres to charge; "touch business, strengthen investigation and research, to achieve complementary social construction and Party construction. During this period Chen Yun inquiry, learning about social construction theory and practice, for the Communist Party of China effectively enhance ruling ability, promote and realize the social construction of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society is an inspiration.
