【摘要】：民辦高校黨建工作治理體系是指為實現(xiàn)黨建工作科學(xué)化而組成的具有一定功能的有機整體。它是由民辦高校黨建工作治理理論指導(dǎo)體系、治理結(jié)構(gòu)體系、治理制度體系和治理執(zhí)行體系等組成的系統(tǒng)。構(gòu)建民辦高校黨建工作治理體系,應(yīng)將治理理論和中國的國家治理思想相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建民辦高校黨建工作治理理論指導(dǎo)體系;將外部治理與內(nèi)部治理相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建民辦高校黨建工作的治理結(jié)構(gòu)體系;將制度的科學(xué)性與制度的執(zhí)行效度相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建民辦高校黨建工作治理制度體系;將治理方法與治理文化相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建民辦高校黨建工作治理執(zhí)行體系。
[Abstract]:The governance system of the party construction work in private colleges and universities is an organic whole with certain functions, which is composed to realize the scientific work of the party construction work, and it is the guiding system and the governance structure system of the party construction work governance theory of the private colleges and universities. The system of governance system and the system of governance execution should combine the theory of governance with the thought of national governance in China to construct the governance system of party building in private colleges and universities. Construct the guidance system of party construction management theory in private colleges and universities; Combining external governance with internal governance, the governance structure system of the Party building work in private colleges and universities should be constructed.
