【摘要】：黨的十八大從戰(zhàn)略和全局的高度,對(duì)新形勢(shì)下加強(qiáng)黨的基層組織建設(shè)作出了全面部署。學(xué)生黨支部作為黨在高校的基層組織,擔(dān)負(fù)著黨在高校直接聯(lián)系青年學(xué)生、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生、團(tuán)結(jié)學(xué)生的重要使命。將"核心能力"概念運(yùn)用于學(xué)生黨支部建設(shè)中,闡述核心能力視角下加強(qiáng)學(xué)生黨支部建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略意義�；谌肆Y源管理動(dòng)力模式理論,從動(dòng)力價(jià)值層面、理念指導(dǎo)層面、機(jī)制規(guī)范層面、操作執(zhí)行層面,構(gòu)建高校學(xué)生黨支部多維立體化的核心能力系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:From the height of strategy and overall situation, the 18 Party Congress has made an overall plan to strengthen the construction of the Party's grass-roots organizations under the new situation. The Student Party Branch is the grass-roots organization of the Party in colleges and universities. The Party is responsible for the important mission of connecting young students directly, guiding students and uniting students in colleges and universities, and applying the concept of "core competence" to the construction of the Party branch of students. Based on the theory of dynamic mode of human resource management, this paper expounds the strategic significance of strengthening student party branch construction from the angle of core competence, from dynamic value level, concept guidance level, mechanism standard level and operation execution level. Construct the core competence system of multi-dimensional and three-dimensional college students'Party branch.
