【摘要】：正陳云是黨內(nèi)公認(rèn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)專家和卓越領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人,這對(duì)只有高小學(xué)歷的他來說,殊為難得,無疑是個(gè)奇跡。毛澤東在七千人大會(huì)上的一句"他的方法是調(diào)查研究"(《陳云年譜》下卷,中央文獻(xiàn)出版社2000年版,第106頁),透露出其中的玄機(jī)。1961年5月26日,在全黨大興調(diào)查研究的實(shí)踐中,陳云創(chuàng)造性提出:"在千部中間多注意聽反面的意見,這是調(diào)查研究的一種重要方法。"(《陳云文集》第3卷,中央文獻(xiàn)出版社2005年版,第328頁)時(shí)隔半年多,1962年
[Abstract]:Zheng Chen Yun is a recognized economic expert and outstanding leader in the party, which is unique to him who has only a high school degree. It is undoubtedly a miracle. Mao Zedong said at the 7,000 session of the National people's Congress that "his method is investigation and study." (Chen Yun Chronicles, 2000, p. 106). In May 26th 1961, in the practice of investigation and research in Daxing of the whole Party, Chen Yun creatively put forward: "pay more attention to listen to the negative opinions in the middle of a thousand books."
