【摘要】：浙江省金華市金東區(qū)近年來通過建立區(qū)域黨委,創(chuàng)新基層黨建。經(jīng)過實地考察,我感到這一探索很有意義,并使我想起了當(dāng)年毛主席在部署淮海戰(zhàn)役時,為使二野和三野兩支野戰(zhàn)軍能夠協(xié)同作戰(zhàn),在中央軍委之下、野戰(zhàn)軍建制之上建立了一個指揮機(jī)構(gòu),并由鄧小平對兩支野戰(zhàn)軍實施統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。金東區(qū)的做法是在鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨委之下、村黨支部或總支之上,建立以幾個相鄰村為一個區(qū)域的區(qū)域黨委,使得這幾個村能夠協(xié)同發(fā)展。我把這一探索稱為"基層黨建區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新"。
[Abstract]:Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, in recent years, through the establishment of regional party committees, innovative grass-roots party building. After on-the-spot inspection, I found this exploration very meaningful, and reminded me of Chairman Mao when he planned the Huaihai campaign. In order to enable the second and third field armies to work together, a command structure was established on top of the establishment of the field army under the Central military Commission. The practice of Jindong District is to establish a regional party committee with several adjacent villages as one area under the township party committee, the village party branch or the general branch. So that these villages can coordinate the development. I call this exploration "grassroots Party building regional synergy innovation."
