【摘要】：正任何權(quán)力都不能排斥監(jiān)督,監(jiān)督權(quán)也同樣要接受監(jiān)督。作為監(jiān)督者的紀(jì)委及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)尤其不能紀(jì)外用權(quán),更不可法外用權(quán)。十八屆中央紀(jì)委七次全會(huì)強(qiáng)調(diào)了對(duì)紀(jì)委監(jiān)督的重要性:紀(jì)委要把自我監(jiān)督與接受黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督結(jié)合起來,同民主監(jiān)督、群眾監(jiān)督、輿論監(jiān)督有機(jī)融合,推進(jìn)紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察機(jī)關(guān)治理體系和治理能力建設(shè)。而這其中,加強(qiáng)紀(jì)委的自我監(jiān)督最為關(guān)鍵,最為緊迫。
[Abstract]:Any power can not exclude supervision, supervision power should also be subject to supervision. As a supervisor, the discipline Inspection Commission and its leaders are especially unable to discipline the right to external use. The seventh plenary session of the 18 Central Commission for discipline Inspection stressed the importance of supervision over the discipline Inspection Commission: the discipline Inspection Commission should combine self-supervision with accepting inner-party supervision and with democratic supervision and mass supervision. The supervision of public opinion integrates organically, promotes the discipline inspection and supervision organ to manage the system and the management ability construction, but this, strengthens the discipline inspection committee's self-supervision is the most crucial, the most urgent.
