【摘要】：正預(yù)防職務(wù)犯罪需要強(qiáng)有力的制度建設(shè),同時(shí)也離不開良好的廉政文化氛圍。近年來,全國各地都在推進(jìn)廉政文化建設(shè),力爭通過廉政文化潛移默化的影響和熏陶,強(qiáng)化公職人員不想腐的思想自覺。但廉政文化建設(shè)在不同地區(qū)、不同部門甚至相同部門之間都存在不少問題,重要原因之一是廉政文化的傳播形式過于嚴(yán)肅、僵硬和形式化,因而失去了應(yīng)有的傳播效果。比如,一些地方片面地認(rèn)為演幾出戲、唱幾首歌、搞幾場活動(dòng)、辦幾次比賽,一做了之,內(nèi)容上缺乏針對(duì)性,傳播中缺乏群眾性,形式上缺乏新穎性,實(shí)際效果很不理想。
[Abstract]:The prevention of job-related crimes needs strong system construction, but also inseparable from a good cultural atmosphere of clean government. In recent years, all parts of the country are promoting the construction of clean government culture. Through the influence and edification of clean government culture, we should strengthen the public officials' consciousness that they do not want to corrupt, but there are many problems in the construction of clean government culture in different regions, different departments and even the same departments. One of the important reasons is that the communication form of clean government culture is too serious, rigid and formalized, so it has lost its due communication effect. For example, some places unilaterally think that performing several plays, singing a few songs, and engaging in several activities. Holding several competitions, once done, the content of the lack of pertinence, the lack of mass communication, lack of novelty in form, the actual effect is not ideal.
