【摘要】：密切黨群關(guān)系是全黨面臨的緊迫任務(wù),但是在這個(gè)問(wèn)題上還存在不少誤區(qū),在黨群關(guān)系的主客體上以偏概全,在黨群關(guān)系的層次上有所混淆,在黨群關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀評(píng)估上存在主觀臆測(cè),在黨群關(guān)系的階段發(fā)展上以非常態(tài)取代常態(tài)等等,究其原因就是對(duì)黨仍處在歷史方位轉(zhuǎn)變之中的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)理解不深,對(duì)由此帶來(lái)的一系列深層次矛盾認(rèn)識(shí)不清。應(yīng)該從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者與被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的地位矛盾、管理者與被管理者的角色矛盾、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的多元利益矛盾、理想與現(xiàn)實(shí)的矛盾中發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前黨群關(guān)系問(wèn)題的根源,要認(rèn)識(shí)到追求和諧的黨群關(guān)系將是一種新常態(tài),要把解決民生問(wèn)題作為密切黨群關(guān)系的根本出路,牢牢抓住領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部這個(gè)關(guān)鍵,以解決其他突出問(wèn)題為有效抓手,堅(jiān)持群眾路線教育常抓不懈,做好化解社會(huì)矛盾的調(diào)解者。
[Abstract]:A close relationship is an urgent task facing the party, but there are still a lot of misunderstanding on this issue, Overgeneralization in subject and object relationship, some confusion in the relationship between the level of subjective speculation, in the assessment of the status quo of the relationship between the party and the masses, in the relationship between the stages of development on the non normal instead of normal and so on, the the reason is that the party is still in the range of changing social reality of historical understanding is not deep, on a series of deep-seated contradictions resulting from the unclear understanding. Should the leadership and the LED status contradictions, managers and the role of multiple contradictions, conflicts of interests under the condition of market economy, find the ideal and the reality the contradiction in the roots of the party masses relationship problem, to realize the pursuit of a harmonious relationship between the party and the masses will be a new normal, to solve the livelihood problems as the masses of root In this way, firmly grasp the key leading cadres, to resolve other outstanding issues as an effective starting point, adhere to the mass line education unremittingly, to resolve social conflicts and their workers.
