【摘要】:正獲得上級領導的賞識和認可是年輕干部職場拼搏的首要目標,其不僅直接關(guān)系自我職位的升遷,更影響個人職業(yè)目標的實現(xiàn)。相較于"世家子弟"優(yōu)越的出身、豐富的職場資源、殷實的家境,基層的年輕干部更多的是通過考試、考核而實現(xiàn)職位升遷,其不得不面對自我薄弱的職場基礎、貧瘠的職場資源這一現(xiàn)實。如何通過后天的努力而實現(xiàn)對上級領導眼光的成功"鎖定"就成為其立足的關(guān)鍵,在無先天資源可以利用的前提下,其必須通過個人能力的提升而實現(xiàn)對職場資源的有效積
[Abstract]:Being appreciated and recognized by the leaders is the primary goal of the young cadres in the workplace, which is not only directly related to the promotion of their own positions. More impact on the realization of personal career goals. Compared with the "family children" superior birth, rich workplace resources, solid family conditions, grassroots young cadres are more through the examination, assessment and achieve job promotion. It has to face the self-weak basis of the workplace, the reality of poor workplace resources. How to achieve the success of the superior leadership through efforts to achieve the success of the "lock" is the key to its foothold.
