【摘要】：[摘]加強(qiáng)基層服務(wù)型黨組織建設(shè)是落實(shí)"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局的內(nèi)在要求,是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢(mèng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,是踐行群眾路線的必然選擇,是保證黨長(zhǎng)期執(zhí)政的重要舉措,具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文梳理了基層服務(wù)型黨組織建設(shè)的提出和發(fā)展歷程,總結(jié)了基層服務(wù)型黨組織建設(shè)在實(shí)踐中面臨的問題及其原因,并提出了四條對(duì)策建議。一要提高站住,深化認(rèn)識(shí),從全面建成小康社會(huì)的戰(zhàn)略高度強(qiáng)化服務(wù)理念;二要嚴(yán)明紀(jì)律,建好隊(duì)伍,按照全面從嚴(yán)治黨的要求提高服務(wù)能力;三要開拓陣地,建好平臺(tái),以全面深化改革的決心和智慧提升服務(wù)水平;四要建章立制,做足配套,依據(jù)基層治理法治化的部署實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)常態(tài)化、有效化。
[Abstract]:[Strengthening the construction of the grass-roots service-oriented party organization is the internal requirement of implementing the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, the realistic need of realizing Chinese Dream, and the inevitable choice of practicing the mass line. It is an important measure to ensure the Party to be in power for a long time and has great practical significance. This paper summarizes the problems and causes of the construction of the grass-roots service-oriented party organizations in practice, and puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions. First, we should improve our station and deepen our understanding. Strengthen the service concept from the strategic height of building a well-off society in an all-round way; Second, we must strictly discipline, build a good team, in accordance with the requirements of comprehensive strict administration of the party to improve service capacity; Third, to open up the front, build a good platform, to comprehensively deepen the reform of the determination and wisdom to improve the level of service; Fourth, we should set up regulations, set up a complete set of necessary, according to the deployment of grass-roots governance rule of law to achieve the normalization of service, effective.
