【摘要】：領導干部如何對待網(wǎng)絡,有應然的要求,也有實然的狀況。簡約地說,網(wǎng)絡輿論在本質上是人民運用科技進行意見表達。網(wǎng)民的本質是人民,網(wǎng)絡是走群眾路線的好地方,在加快創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之際,領導干部善用網(wǎng)絡也是工作應有之責。
[Abstract]:How the leading cadres treat the network, there should be requirements, but also a real situation.
