【摘要】：在高校學(xué)生管理工作中,對(duì)于團(tuán)干部的素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)和教育是重要內(nèi)容之一,也是團(tuán)干部全面提升綜合素質(zhì)的內(nèi)在要求。對(duì)于團(tuán)干部的高素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),需要從多個(gè)方面入手,包括思想素質(zhì)、政治素質(zhì)、道德素質(zhì)等等,通過各種文化教育形式和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)來加強(qiáng)團(tuán)干部的綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),提升團(tuán)干部的各方面素質(zhì)。據(jù)此對(duì)當(dāng)前高校團(tuán)干部的高素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)和管理內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:In the management of college students, it is one of the important contents for the quality training and education of the regiment cadres, and is also the inherent requirement of improving the comprehensive quality of the league cadres in an all-round way, and it is also the high quality training for the regiment cadres. We need to start from many aspects, including ideological quality, political quality, moral quality and so on, through various forms of cultural education and practical activities to strengthen the comprehensive quality of regiment cadres training. On the basis of this, the contents of training and management of regiment cadres in colleges and universities are analyzed.
