【摘要】：中國共青團(tuán)思想建設(shè)職能是指在中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,中國共青團(tuán)發(fā)揮自身組織優(yōu)勢、整合外部社會資源,用黨的政治理念、政治綱領(lǐng)、政治路線、政治方針以及馬克思主義中國化的理論創(chuàng)新成果武裝團(tuán)員青年,增進(jìn)團(tuán)員青年對中國特色社會主義的道路自信、理論自信、制度自信。改革開放直接推動經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和社會變遷,這也成為新時期中國共青團(tuán)思想建設(shè)職能內(nèi)涵不斷豐富、邊界不斷拓展的根本動力�？傮w來看,改革開放以來中國共青團(tuán)思想建設(shè)職能經(jīng)歷了"思想政治工作"、"思想政治教育"、"思想引領(lǐng)"等三個發(fā)展階段,并逐步構(gòu)建起具有共青團(tuán)組織特點(diǎn)的思想建設(shè)話語體系和表達(dá)方式,共青團(tuán)思想建設(shè)更加聚焦于青年群眾、更加注重引入現(xiàn)代信息手段、更加注重與青年平等對話、更加注重青年思想建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)性和實(shí)踐性,體現(xiàn)中國共青團(tuán)思想建設(shè)職能的理解、認(rèn)識和運(yùn)用不斷走向成熟。
[Abstract]:China function refers to the ideological construction of the Communist Youth League China under the leadership of the Communist Party, the Communist Youth League organization Chinese play their own advantages, the integration of external social resources, with the party's political philosophy, politics, political line, political policy and Marx's Chinese of theoretical innovation of armed members of youth, the youth of China promote socialist road confidence, theory confidence, confidence in the system. The reform and opening up directly promote economic transformation and social change, which has become the new era Chinese ideological construction function, continuously enrich the connotation, the fundamental dynamic boundary expanding. Overall, since the reform and opening up Chinese ideological construction function through the "Ideological and political work", "Ideological and political education", "three the development stage of leading thought", and gradually build and expression of the Communist Youth League organization characteristics of the ideological construction of discourse system mode, The ideological construction is more focused on young people, pay more attention to the introduction of modern information technology, pay more attention to equal dialogue with young people, pay more attention to the reality and practice of the construction of Youth Ideological and China ideological building functions reflect understanding, understanding and application of constant maturity.
