【摘要】：我國現(xiàn)階段反腐敗的戰(zhàn)略重心是"治標",要實現(xiàn)這一戰(zhàn)略重心,應(yīng)該將黨紀反腐與司法反腐相結(jié)合,重視懲治腐敗的嚴厲性、及時性和確定性,并堅持"常""長"并行的原則。我國反腐敗戰(zhàn)略重心調(diào)整的走勢是:以高壓反腐(不敢腐)為重心的標本兼治——以建制反腐(不能腐)為重心的標本兼治——以文化反腐(不愿腐)為重心的標本兼治。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, the strategic focus of anti-corruption is "punctuating". To achieve this strategic focus, we should combine Party discipline and anti-corruption with justice, attach importance to punishing the severity, timeliness and certainty of corruption, and stick to the principle of "constant" and "long". The adjustment trend of China's anti-corruption strategy focus is on tackling the root causes and tackling the core issue of high pressure anti-corruption.
