【摘要】：正習近平總書記在全國黨校工作會議上的講話中指出:"希望黨校成為黨和國家的重要智庫",前鐵路總公司總經理盛光祖在中國鐵路總公司黨校工作會議上的講話中強調:"重視發(fā)揮黨校智庫作用,努力為重點工作的推進提供強有力的理論支持和智力服務。"由此可見,把黨校建設成為新型智庫是對黨校職能的一個重要定位,對于鐵路黨校亦是如此。鐵路黨校如何適應時代要求和鐵路改革發(fā)展的新形勢,建設成為新型智庫,是其實現(xiàn)科學健康發(fā)展的一個亟待研究
