【摘要】：本文以思想政治教育與黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的關(guān)系為理論探討基礎(chǔ),以黨的思想建設(shè)反腐倡廉理論路徑為考量框架,對(duì)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)和多方面的分析,詮釋思想政治教育在黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)中的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義,為構(gòu)建健康和諧的中國(guó)夢(mèng)作出強(qiáng)有力的支撐。習(xí)近平同志指出:“堅(jiān)持黨要管黨,從嚴(yán)治黨,強(qiáng)化黨對(duì)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗工作統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo),強(qiáng)化反腐敗體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新和制度保障,加強(qiáng)思想政治教育,嚴(yán)明黨的紀(jì)律,堅(jiān)持不懈糾正‘四風(fēng)’保持懲治腐敗高壓勢(shì)態(tài),努力取得人民群眾比較滿意的進(jìn)展和成效�！�(1)第一部分對(duì)選題的研究背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行闡述。第二部分闡述思想政治教育與黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的理論內(nèi)涵。第三部分在厘清思想政治教育與黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)內(nèi)在關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)上,把握思想政治教育的基礎(chǔ)性地位、中心內(nèi)容、源頭治理,融合相關(guān)思想理論推進(jìn)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的發(fā)展。第四部分對(duì)思想政治教育在黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的原因進(jìn)行分析,提出具體原因。第五部分針對(duì)存在的問題,提出解決問題的方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the relationship between Ideological and political education and the building of the party as the theoretical basis of the ideological construction of the party, with the theory of anti-corruption path into consideration framework, analysis system and many aspects of honest government problems in the interpretation of the ideological and political education in the honest government in the meaning of theory and practice, make a strong the support for the construction of healthy and harmonious China dream. Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out: "adhere to the party to manage the party strictly, strengthen the Party of clean government and anti-corruption work of the unified leadership, strengthen anti-corruption institutional innovation and system security, strengthen ideological and political education, strict party discipline, unremittingly to correct" four wind "to keep punishing corruption high momentum, efforts to achieve progress and effectiveness people satisfied with the." (1) the first part describes the research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and innovation points. The second part expounds the theoretical connotation of the ideological and political education and the construction of a clean and honest government. The third part, based on clarifying the internal relationship between Ideological and political education and building a clean and honest government, grasps the basic position, central content and source governance of Ideological and political education, and integrates relevant theories to promote the development of party conduct and clean government. The fourth part of the ideological and political education in the Party style and clean government construction of the reasons for the analysis, and put forward specific reasons. The fifth part, in view of the existing problems, proposes a solution to the problem.
