【摘要】：【目的】梳理國內外語義出版的理論研究進展,以厘清下一步語義出版的理論研究方向�！痉椒ā繃@語義出版的對象范疇、表現(xiàn)形式、實現(xiàn)方法、價值功效等理論要素對中外文獻進行統(tǒng)計、對比和綜合分析,總結現(xiàn)有理論研究的共性特征及其中存在的問題�！窘Y果】語義出版的研究對象從以學術期刊為載體的論文資源,擴展至圖書、學位論文等形式的文獻型學術資源,乃至數(shù)據(jù)型、媒體型、工具型學術資源;表現(xiàn)形式側重于不同資料、事件、人物、術語、記錄等實體對象的抽取、鏈接和集成,構建科學知識的語義關系及其構成的知識網(wǎng)絡;實現(xiàn)方法涉及語義出版框架模型、語義標準、語義技術、語義工具、語義描述等;具有知識價值、商業(yè)價值和產業(yè)價值�！窘Y論】理論研究層面的語義出版在概念界定、方法適用性、服務體系等方面還需進一步探討。
[Abstract]:[objective] to sort out the theoretical research progress of semantic publishing at home and abroad in order to clarify the theoretical research direction of semantic publishing in the next step. [methods] the theoretical elements of semantic publishing, such as object category, expression form, realization method, value effect and so on, are statistically, compared and comprehensively analyzed. This paper summarizes the common characteristics of the existing theoretical research and the existing problems. [results] the research object of semantic publishing extends from the paper resources with academic journals as the carrier to the literature academic resources in the form of books and degree papers, and even to the data, media and instrumental academic resources. The expression form focuses on the extraction, link and integration of different data, events, characters, terms, records and other entity objects, and constructs the semantic relationship of scientific knowledge and the knowledge network it constitutes, and the implementation methods involve semantic publishing framework model, semantic standard, semantic technology, semantic tool, semantic description and so on. It has knowledge value, commercial value and industrial value. [conclusion] semantic publishing at the level of theoretical research needs to be further discussed in the aspects of concept definition, method applicability, service system and so on.
