【摘要】：從新中國成立到2004年,國家出版管理部門有關(guān)圖書版本記錄事項的行政命令,明確要求標注印數(shù)。從1990年起,我國頒布《圖書書名頁》《圖書在版編目數(shù)據(jù)》等國家標準,逐漸替代了原有圖書版本記錄的行政命令。這些國家標準中有關(guān)版權(quán)記錄標注印數(shù)的規(guī)定,采用的是由大到小(書名頁→主書名頁→版權(quán)記錄→印刷發(fā)行記錄→印數(shù))、層層縮進式的表述方式,容易形成誤解。目前,國內(nèi)出版的許多圖書不標注印數(shù),原因復(fù)雜。在圖書版本記錄中標注印數(shù),各有利弊,但總體上利大于弊�？晒﹪页霭嬷鞴懿块T選擇的決策思路,一是對圖書版本記錄標注印數(shù)做出強制性規(guī)定,二是建立可供全社會提供查詢的"國家圖書版本記錄信息系統(tǒng)"。
[Abstract]:From the founding of the new China to 2004, the national publishing and management department issued an executive order related to the recording of the version of the book, and the number of marks is clearly required. Since 1990, our country has promulgated the national standards such as the Book of the Book of Books and the Cataloging Data of the Edition, and gradually replaced the administrative order of the original version of the book. In these national standards, the regulations on the number of printing and printing of the copyright records are made up of large to small (the number of printing and distribution records of the main title page of the title page of the title page), and the expression pattern of the layer-by-layer indents is easy to form a misunderstanding. At present, many books published in China do not mark the number of printing, and the reason is complicated. The number of printing is marked in the book version record, and the advantages and disadvantages are all the advantages and disadvantages. The decision-making idea that can be selected by the competent national publishing authorities is to make a mandatory provision on the number of books in the book version, and to establish a "national book version record information system" to provide the whole society with a query.
