【摘要】：本文以圖書(shū)技術(shù)編輯的職能為研究課題，在大量文獻(xiàn)收集的基礎(chǔ)之上，運(yùn)用抽象思辨法、歸納法、綜合法等研究分析方法，從系統(tǒng)論的角度，將圖書(shū)技術(shù)編輯工作放在我國(guó)整體出版業(yè)發(fā)展以及出版社整體運(yùn)營(yíng)的背景下進(jìn)行研究，對(duì)圖書(shū)技術(shù)編輯的職能進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析，使研究成果更具理論和實(shí)際意義。本論文共分為五章。 從傳播學(xué)的視角對(duì)技術(shù)編輯的定義進(jìn)行了重新的界定，然后對(duì)圖書(shū)技術(shù)編輯的具體職能從流程管理、成本管理、書(shū)稿管理、印制與裝訂管理、排版與版式裝幀設(shè)計(jì)管理五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行較為系統(tǒng)的闡述。 對(duì)圖書(shū)技術(shù)編輯的模型進(jìn)行構(gòu)建，將圖書(shū)技術(shù)編輯的職能歸納為一個(gè)根本目標(biāo)、三項(xiàng)基本職能、兩大影響因素和兩大關(guān)系：以保證出版社的社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益為根本目標(biāo)；以圖書(shū)產(chǎn)品的成本管理、質(zhì)量管理、周期管理為三項(xiàng)基本職能；工作中要處理好與出版社內(nèi)部各部門(mén)和出版社外部合作單位的關(guān)系；技術(shù)編輯的職能演變受到出版業(yè)新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和出版業(yè)自身的改革發(fā)展兩個(gè)方面的影響。 根據(jù)圖書(shū)技術(shù)編輯職能模型中影響技術(shù)編輯職能演變的兩大因素進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析，指出未來(lái)的數(shù)字出版時(shí)代下技術(shù)編輯的職能從根本上不會(huì)發(fā)生變化，但是其具體的職能則會(huì)發(fā)生變化。技術(shù)編輯要主動(dòng)適應(yīng)這種變化，完善自己的知識(shí)體系，使自己能夠繼續(xù)在數(shù)字出版時(shí)代發(fā)揮巨大的作用。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the function of book technology editor as the research topic, on the basis of a large number of literature collection, using abstract thinking method, induction method, comprehensive method and other research and analysis methods, from the point of view of system theory, puts the book technology editing work under the background of the development of the overall publishing industry and the overall operation of the publishing house, and makes a systematic analysis of the functions of the book technology editor. Make the research results have more theoretical and practical significance. This paper is divided into five chapters. This paper redefines the definition of technical editing from the perspective of communication, and then systematically expounds the specific functions of book technical editing from five aspects: process management, cost management, manuscript management, printing and binding management, typesetting and layout binding design management. This paper constructs the model of book technology editing, and sums up the functions of book technology editing into one fundamental goal, three basic functions, two influencing factors and two relations: to ensure the social and economic benefits of publishing houses as the fundamental goal, to take the cost management, quality management and cycle management of book products as the three basic functions. In the work, we should deal with the relationship with the internal departments of the publishing house and the external cooperative units of the publishing house, and the function evolution of the technical editor is influenced by the application of the new technology in the publishing industry and the reform and development of the publishing industry itself. Based on the detailed analysis of the two factors affecting the evolution of technical editing function in the functional model of book technical editing, it is pointed out that the function of technical editing will not change at all in the future digital publishing era, but its specific functions will change. Technical editors should take the initiative to adapt to this change, improve their own knowledge system, so that they can continue to play a great role in the era of digital publishing.
