【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)期間,生活書店主動(dòng)選擇類似于共產(chǎn)黨的組織形式來(lái)進(jìn)行書店的制度建設(shè),這是新中國(guó)成立后文化生產(chǎn)"一體化"的重要前史。戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)后,在不斷向內(nèi)地?cái)U(kuò)張的過程中,書店接受"干部"所代表的集體化的個(gè)人與團(tuán)體的關(guān)系形式。隨后,書店學(xué)習(xí)蘇聯(lián)的民主集中制來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)自身的組織運(yùn)作。同時(shí),書店將唯物論、辯證法視為最先進(jìn)的知識(shí)類型,用延安的教育模式培訓(xùn)店員并積極與中共交往。在這個(gè)過程中,書店店員與中共黨員這兩類身份形成大量重合。20世紀(jì)40年代初,生活書店赴延安開店并在"整風(fēng)"中融入中共的出版系統(tǒng),完成其制度過渡的過程。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the Life Bookstore took the initiative to choose an organizational form similar to that of the Communist Party to carry out the institutional construction of the bookstore, which was an important prehistory of the "integration" of cultural production after the founding of the people's Republic of China. After the outbreak of the war, in the process of expanding into the mainland, the bookstore accepted the form of collectivized individual-group relationship represented by "cadres". Subsequently, bookstores learned from Soviet democratic centralism to design their own organizational operations. At the same time, the bookstore regards materialism and dialectics as the most advanced type of knowledge, uses Yan'an 's educational model to train shop assistants and actively communicates with the Communist Party of China. In this process, bookstore clerks and party members of the Communist Party of China form a large number of identity overlap. In the early 1940s, the life bookstore went to Yan'an to open stores and integrate into the publishing system of the Communist Party of China in rectification, so as to complete the process of system transition.
