[Abstract]:With the deepening of the cultural system reform, the traditional publishing business units of our country gradually become the publishing enterprises and become the main body of the market. However, whether the above-mentioned city publishing group is the representative of the reform success or the system-reform lag represented by the university press, the internal and external governance structure also has a series of problems to be solved urgently, and needs to be solved by continuing the reform and innovation, So as to further emancipate the productivity of the publishing enterprises, to develop the publishing market of our country and to promote the improvement of the state's soft power. Based on the practice of the reform of the publishing system in our country, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development and the existing problems of the corporate governance in the current publishing enterprise. In the light of the special situation of the publishing industry, reference is made to the success of the press and publication media enterprises at home and abroad as well as the corporate governance of the state-owned enterprises. In order to remould the status of the publishing market, innovate and publish the internal governance structure and the external governance mechanism of the publishing enterprises, the paper aims to build the modern governance structure of the publishing enterprises in our country, and to improve the management of the Chinese publishing enterprises after the reform.
