【摘要】：高校出版社改制是我國文化體制改革活動的一部分。在高校出版社改制過程中,思想政治教育發(fā)揮著基礎(chǔ)性作用,它對調(diào)動出版社職工工作的積極性和主動性,形成強有力的團隊合力,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 職工思想政治教育在高校出版社改制過程中發(fā)揮著巨大的作用,不僅能讓職工準確把握出版社改制的方向,也是全體職工統(tǒng)一思想和行動的保證,同時,能夠協(xié)調(diào)各種矛盾,及時協(xié)調(diào)、解決改制中出現(xiàn)的各種矛盾和問題,從而激發(fā)職工的活力和智慧,保持出版社改制的有序進行。 改制必然會帶來職工管理、考察、使用等方面的巨大變化,從而引起廣大職工的憂郁和困惑。在改制過程中,現(xiàn)有的思想政治教育凸顯出了思想政治教育理論研究相對滯后、思想政治教育方式方法缺乏創(chuàng)新、思想政治教育針對性不強等一系列問題。這其中既有職工內(nèi)部利益沖突的原因,還存在思想政治教育的適應(yīng)性的原因,當然,我們不能忽視思想政治教育自身因素的影響。 為了快速、有效地解決高校出版社改制過程中思想政治教育方面存在的問題,我們要解決好職工擔心的問題,同時,要針對改制過程中出現(xiàn)的新問題、新矛盾,采用科學(xué)、有效的思想政治教育的措施、途徑和方法。 本文以高校改革過程中職工的思想政治教育為研究對象,采用文獻法、調(diào)查法、比較法等方法,深入分析了高校出版社改制過程中職工思想政治教育的作用、存在的問題,深刻剖析了存在問題的真正原因,旨在探索思想政治教育與出版社改制之間的關(guān)系,發(fā)掘出版社持續(xù)發(fā)展的深層次原因,尋找發(fā)展的潛力與動力,旨在為出版社的職工思想政治教育工作提出科學(xué)建議,從而推動出版社的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The reform of university publishing houses is a part of the reform of cultural system in China. In the process of the reform of university publishing houses, ideological and political education plays a fundamental role, which is of great practical significance to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of publishing house staff and workers and form a strong teamwork force. The ideological and political education of staff and workers plays a great role in the process of the reform of university publishing houses. It can not only enable the staff and workers to accurately grasp the direction of the reform of publishing houses, but also guarantee the unity of thought and action of all staff and workers. At the same time, it can coordinate all kinds of contradictions. Timely coordination, solve all kinds of contradictions and problems in the reform, so as to stimulate the vitality and wisdom of the staff and workers, and maintain the orderly reform of publishing houses. The reform will inevitably bring great changes in staff management, investigation, use and so on, which will cause melancholy and confusion among the staff and workers. In the process of reform, the existing ideological and political education highlights a series of problems, such as the theoretical research of ideological and political education lags behind, the way and method of ideological and political education is lack of innovation, and the pertinence of ideological and political education is not strong. There are not only the reasons for the conflict of interest among the staff and workers, but also the reasons for the adaptability of the ideological and political education. Of course, we can not ignore the influence of the ideological and political education itself. In order to solve the problems existing in the ideological and political education in the process of the reform of university publishing houses quickly and effectively, we should solve the problems worried by the staff and workers, and at the same time, we should adopt science in view of the new problems and new contradictions in the process of reform. Effective measures, ways and methods of ideological and political education. This paper takes the ideological and political education of the staff and workers in the process of the reform of colleges and universities as the research object, adopts the methods of literature, investigation and comparison, and deeply analyzes the function and existing problems of the ideological and political education of the staff and workers in the process of the reform of university publishing houses. This paper deeply analyzes the real causes of the existing problems, in order to explore the relationship between ideological and political education and the reform of publishing houses, to explore the deep-seated reasons for the sustainable development of publishing houses, and to find out the potential and motive force of development. The purpose of this paper is to put forward scientific suggestions for the ideological and political education of publishing houses, so as to promote the rapid development of publishing houses.
