內(nèi)刊外向:企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的時(shí)代變革及發(fā)展探析

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)獲得了突飛猛進(jìn)地發(fā)展。在企業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,企業(yè)內(nèi)刊作為一種特殊的企業(yè)媒介資源,被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)所重視!度f(wàn)科》、《萬(wàn)通》等企業(yè)內(nèi)刊不僅得到了社會(huì)的認(rèn)可,也給企業(yè)帶來(lái)了巨大的社會(huì)影響力。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)之后,數(shù)字傳播技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn)對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)媒體來(lái)說(shuō)機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存,但同樣對(duì)于企業(yè)媒體的代表企業(yè)內(nèi)刊也帶來(lái)了發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,借助先進(jìn)的傳播技術(shù)和變革的傳播觀念,企業(yè)內(nèi)刊走出企業(yè)內(nèi)部,由內(nèi)而外,積極的進(jìn)行變革,發(fā)揮了越來(lái)越大的社會(huì)影響力。本文從企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的概念入手,通過(guò)現(xiàn)狀分析、案例解讀,逐步展示了企業(yè)內(nèi)刊在社會(huì)化發(fā)展過(guò)程中所遇到的法律、文化和社會(huì)觀念等困惑,同時(shí)系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了企業(yè)內(nèi)刊在新時(shí)代所取得的社會(huì)成就,并在現(xiàn)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上就企業(yè)內(nèi)刊的未來(lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the social economy of our country has obtained the rapid development by leaps and bounds. In the process of enterprise development, as a kind of special enterprise media resource, enterprise internal publication has been paid more and more attention by more and more enterprises, such as "Vanke", "Wantong" and other enterprise journals have not only been recognized by the society, It also brings great social influence to enterprises. After entering the 21st century, the rapid development of digital communication technology has brought both opportunities and challenges to the traditional media, but also brought the opportunity for the development of the internal journals of the representative enterprises of the enterprise media. With the help of advanced communication technology and changing communication concept, the internal journals of enterprises go out of the enterprise, change actively from inside to outside, and bring into play more and more social influence. This article starts with the concept of the internal journal of the enterprise, through the analysis of the present situation and the interpretation of the case, gradually shows the puzzlement of the legal, cultural and social concepts encountered in the course of the socialized development of the internal journal of the enterprise. At the same time, this paper systematically summarizes the social achievements of enterprise internal journals in the new era, and looks forward to the future development of enterprise internal journals on the basis of reality.
