踐行“四向四做”,倡導(dǎo)先進(jìn)傳媒文化

【摘要】:正《青年記者》是面向新聞工作者的專業(yè)期刊,以"先進(jìn)傳媒文化倡導(dǎo)者"為辦刊宗旨,緊緊圍繞我國新聞傳媒業(yè)改革發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì)和新聞工作的新變化,積極推動(dòng)新聞人職業(yè)精神、職業(yè)能力的提升。新聞專業(yè)期刊的編輯是"站"在新聞工作者后面的人,雖有特殊性,也是新聞工作者的一部分。作為《青年記者》的編輯,我在工作中不斷探索先進(jìn)傳媒文化的內(nèi)涵是什么,雜志究竟應(yīng)該向新聞工作者倡導(dǎo)什么、反對(duì)什么,自己應(yīng)該做怎樣的新聞工作者。
[Abstract]:"Young journalists" is a professional journal for journalists, with the aim of "advanced media and cultural advocates", and closely revolves around the new trends in the reform and development of the news and media industry in China and the new changes in journalism work. Actively promote the professional spirit of journalists, professional ability to improve. The editor of journalism specialized periodical is the person who stands behind the journalist, although has the particularity, is also a part of the journalist. As the editor of Young reporters, I constantly explore the connotation of advanced media culture in my work, what the magazine should advocate to journalists, what to oppose, what I should be a journalist.
