【摘要】：編委會在學(xué)術(shù)期刊的辦刊過程中起著不可或缺的作用。學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量是期刊的靈魂,編委則是這個(gè)靈魂的守護(hù)者。然而目前學(xué)術(shù)期刊的編委會存在編委官員化嚴(yán)重、顧問團(tuán)被掛名、編委責(zé)任不明晰、編輯部與編委溝通難成實(shí)績等問題。為發(fā)揮編委會正向作用,編委會的組建策略為:優(yōu)化編委人員結(jié)構(gòu)、構(gòu)建編委動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式、建立編委考核體系與激勵(lì)機(jī)制、明確編委權(quán)利和義務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The editorial committee plays an indispensable role in the process of running academic journals. Academic quality is the soul of the journal, and the editorial board is the guardian of the soul. However, at present, the editorial committee of academic journals has serious problems, such as the official of editorial board, the name of advisory panel, the unclear responsibility of editorial committee, and the difficulty of communication between editorial department and editorial committee. In order to give full play to the positive role of the editorial committee, the organizing strategy of the editorial committee is to optimize the staff structure of the editorial committee, to construct the dynamic management mode of the editorial committee, to establish the examination system and incentive mechanism of the editorial committee, and to clarify the rights and obligations of the editorial committee.
