【摘要】：正1987年,《中小學(xué)管理》創(chuàng)刊,到今天她已經(jīng)走過了30年的歷程。應(yīng)該說,《中小學(xué)管理》的創(chuàng)刊順應(yīng)了我國教育改革的大趨勢。1985年《中共中央關(guān)于教育體制改革的決定》的發(fā)布,以及1986年《中華人民共和國義務(wù)教育法》的頒布實(shí)施,成為我國教育持續(xù)改革開放和教育現(xiàn)代化的新的起點(diǎn),開啟了中國教育發(fā)展史的一段新的歷程。這個歷程是國家推動教育治理體系建設(shè)和具體領(lǐng)域改革的過程,是"公平、質(zhì)量和活力"的價值追求不斷落實(shí)的過程。在這個過
