亞馬遜有聲書運(yùn)營策略分析

【摘要】:有聲書早在20世紀(jì)30年代就已出現(xiàn),但直到近幾年才得以快速發(fā)展,其中亞馬遜在有聲書領(lǐng)域耕耘多年,為有聲書走向有聲娛樂主流做出了重要的貢獻(xiàn)。文章對亞馬遜有聲書經(jīng)營策略進(jìn)行剖析,認(rèn)為長線發(fā)展的并購策略、基于自助出版的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、靈活的價格策略以及貫穿始終的以用戶為中心的服務(wù)理念是其成功的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Audio books appeared as early as 1930s, but only in recent years have they been developed rapidly. Amazon has worked hard in the field of audio books for many years, and has made important contributions to the trend of audio books to the mainstream of audio entertainment. This paper analyzes the management strategy of Amazon audio book, and points out that the main factors of its success are the long term development strategy of M & A, the product development based on self-publishing, the flexible price strategy and the service idea of taking the user as the center throughout the whole time.
