【摘要】：隨著出版產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,出版市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇,行業(yè)內(nèi)的認(rèn)證需求大量聚集。但由于認(rèn)證在出版行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用與研究剛剛起步,行業(yè)內(nèi)開展認(rèn)證活動(dòng)面臨不少問題與挑戰(zhàn)。本文在梳理出版行業(yè)認(rèn)證現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了現(xiàn)存問題和面臨的困難,提出應(yīng)盡快出臺(tái)行業(yè)內(nèi)開展認(rèn)證所需行業(yè)法規(guī),建立涵蓋行業(yè)通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和專用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,探索多種認(rèn)證模式滿足行業(yè)多樣化的認(rèn)證需求,以及促進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與認(rèn)證緊密結(jié)合等建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the publishing industry, the competition in the publishing market is becoming more and more intense. However, as the application and research of certification in publishing industry is just beginning, many problems and challenges are faced in developing certification activities in the industry. On the basis of combing the status quo of publishing industry certification, this paper analyzes the existing problems and difficulties, and puts forward that the industry laws and regulations needed to carry out the certification in the industry should be issued as soon as possible, and the certification standard system covering the general and special standards of the industry should be established. To explore a variety of certification models to meet the diverse needs of the industry, and to promote the close integration of standards and certification and other recommendations.
