【摘要】：法國圖書統(tǒng)一定價制度源于其一直倡導(dǎo)的"文化例外"理論,認為圖書不是普通商品,不能完全遵循市場自由定價機制。該制度由1981年8月10日頒布的"朗格法"確立。該法律自實施至今在穩(wěn)定書價、繁榮圖書市場、振興圖書業(yè)等方面發(fā)揮了積極作用。今天,隨著數(shù)字化技術(shù)的發(fā)展,電子書市場逐漸興起,法國依然堅持圖書統(tǒng)一定價制度,并于2011年頒布"電子書統(tǒng)一定價法",將圖書統(tǒng)一定價制度延伸至電子書領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:The unified pricing system of French books originates from the theory of "cultural exception", which holds that books are not ordinary commodities and can not completely follow the market free pricing mechanism. The system was established by the Langer Act of August 10, 1981. The law has played an active role in stabilizing book price, prospering book market and revitalizing book industry since its implementation. Today, with the development of digital technology and the rise of e-book market, France still insists on the unified pricing system of books, and promulgated the uniform pricing law of e-books in 2011, which extends the unified pricing system of books to the field of e-books.
