【摘要】：正郜宗遠(yuǎn)從事過(guò)教師職業(yè),從做小學(xué)教師到做北京東城教育學(xué)院的教師,都很認(rèn)真地做好本職工作。1978年進(jìn)入中國(guó)大百科全書(shū)出版社,在美術(shù)編輯室當(dāng)美術(shù)編輯。他虛心好學(xué),工作兢兢業(yè)業(yè),很快在眾多編輯中脫穎而出,1985年評(píng)為編輯,1987年破格評(píng)為副編審,1990年又被破格評(píng)為編審。按正常的晉升規(guī)律,后兩次的晉升一般至少需要10年的時(shí)間。為什么到他這里全是破格?這背后有著他不被人知的勤奮和汗水。
[Abstract]:Zheng Gao Zongyuan has been engaged in the teaching profession, from being a primary school teacher to being a teacher of Beijing Dongcheng Institute of Education, he has done his job very conscientiously. He joined China Encyclopedia Publishing House in 1978 and worked as an art editor in the art editorial room. He was modest and studious, and he quickly stood out among many editors. He was named editor in 1985, deputy editor in 1987, and editor in 1990. According to the normal promotion rule, the last two promotions usually take at least 10 years. Why is it all over here? Behind it was his unknown diligence and sweat.
