【摘要】：正由知識產(chǎn)權(quán)出版社出版,張碧暉著的《筆底春秋——親歷中國科教改革》近日發(fā)行。在上世紀(jì)80年代,改革開放初期。張碧暉從一名普通教師,成為華中工學(xué)院(今華中科技大學(xué))黨委副書記。后來又成為武漢市科委主任兼武漢東湖新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)辦公室主任.并任中共武漢市委委員。20世紀(jì)80年代開始的改革開放是改變中國命運的偉大進程。以建立市場經(jīng)濟為中心的經(jīng)濟改革開啟的同時,科技改革和教育改革也同步進行。這一系列改革的核心都是沖破舊的框框和習(xí)慣勢力,調(diào)動科技人員和知識分子的積極性和創(chuàng)造性。解放思想、體制創(chuàng)新、制度建設(shè)是那個時代的主旋律。作者全程經(jīng)歷了那個激動人心的時代,結(jié)合自身學(xué)習(xí)、工作的實際。記錄了親歷中國科教改革的心路歷程。作為首批講師團成員,張碧暉在一
