圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】: 反饋是傳播過程的基本構(gòu)成要素。反饋機(jī)制就是將受眾的反饋與傳播活動聯(lián)系起來的橋梁,是體現(xiàn)信息傳播的雙向性和互動性的重要機(jī)制。本文首次提出了“圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制”概念和構(gòu)建圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制的設(shè)想。 編輯學(xué)基本原理中的“六元”理論,現(xiàn)代編輯活動模式,“主體間性”視角下的編輯讀者關(guān)系,以及出版學(xué)理論中關(guān)于讀者反饋的重要意義的闡述,為“構(gòu)建圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制”的設(shè)想提供了理論依據(jù)。其現(xiàn)實依據(jù)從必要性和可能性兩方面展開論述。當(dāng)前出版業(yè)面臨的各種問題和挑戰(zhàn),如選題重復(fù)、退貨頻繁、庫存積壓,以及其他媒體和國外出版企業(yè)的帶來的激烈競爭,使構(gòu)建圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制,從而科學(xué)高效地利用讀者反饋信息,了解市場動態(tài),明晰讀者需求,消減出版?zhèn)鞑ジ糸u與障礙,提高出版活動的市場預(yù)見性,縮小出版供給和讀者需求之間的差距,成為出版業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的必然要求。出版者市場意識、讀者意識的覺醒,讀者反饋意識的增強(qiáng),各種通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展帶來空前便利的反饋渠道,使圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制的構(gòu)建具備了現(xiàn)實可能性。 圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制的基本構(gòu)成要素包括反饋主體、反饋內(nèi)容、反饋渠道和運(yùn)行平臺。本文總結(jié)了讀者反饋內(nèi)容的種類,梳理了各種反饋渠道。完善的運(yùn)行平臺不僅要有專門的信息職能部門,還要有相應(yīng)的制度設(shè)計。 目前構(gòu)建圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制面臨著一些問題,讀者的反饋意識薄弱,反饋內(nèi)容質(zhì)量良莠不齊且分布散亂;出版者的讀者意識淡漠,反饋渠道利用不充分,運(yùn)行平臺不完善甚至欠缺等等,都成為影響圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制構(gòu)建的不利因素。針對這些問題,本文提出了針對性的解決對策,為構(gòu)建圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制的設(shè)想提供了具有可行性的操作方案。出版者要轉(zhuǎn)變出版觀念,強(qiáng)化讀者意識,重視讀者反饋;采取激勵措施,鼓勵讀者反饋,通過對讀者進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)來提高反饋內(nèi)容的質(zhì)量;充分利用各種渠道,獲取讀者反饋信息;通過設(shè)立信息職能部門,制定相應(yīng)制度來完善運(yùn)行平臺;同時,構(gòu)建圖書讀者反饋機(jī)制對專業(yè)人才的需求,也為高校出版專業(yè)提出了更高的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Feedback is the basic component of the communication process. Feedback mechanism is a bridge linking the feedback of the audience with the communication activities, and it is an important mechanism to reflect the bidirectional and interactive nature of information dissemination. This paper first puts forward the concept of "book reader feedback mechanism" and the idea of constructing book reader feedback mechanism. The theory of "six elements" in the basic principles of editorial science, the mode of modern editing activities, the relationship between editors and readers from the perspective of "intersubjectivity", and the important significance of reader feedback in the theory of publishing science are expounded. It provides the theoretical basis for the idea of constructing the book reader feedback mechanism. Its realistic basis starts from the necessity and the possibility two aspects to begin to discuss. Various problems and challenges faced by the publishing industry, such as repeated topics, frequent returns, overstocking of stock, and fierce competition from other media and foreign publishing enterprises, make it possible to build a feedback mechanism for book readers. In order to utilize readers' feedback information scientifically and efficiently, to understand the market dynamics, to clarify readers' demand, to reduce the barriers and obstacles of publishing communication, to improve the market foresight of publishing activities, and to narrow the gap between publishing supply and readers' demand. Become the inevitable requirement of the further development of the publishing industry. Publishers' market awareness, readers' feedback awareness and the development of various communication technologies bring unprecedented convenient feedback channels, which make the construction of book readers' feedback mechanism realistic possibility. The basic elements of the book reader feedback mechanism include the feedback subject, the feedback content, the feedback channel and the running platform. This paper summarizes the types of readers feedback content, combing various feedback channels. The perfect operation platform not only has the specialized information function department, but also has the corresponding system design. At present, there are some problems in constructing the feedback mechanism of book readers. The feedback consciousness of readers is weak, the quality of feedback content is mixed and the distribution is scattered. The readers' consciousness of publishers, the insufficient utilization of feedback channels, the imperfection and even the deficiency of the operating platform have all become the unfavorable factors that affect the construction of the feedback mechanism of book readers. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems, which provides a feasible operation scheme for the construction of book reader feedback mechanism. Publishers should change the concept of publishing, strengthen the awareness of readers, attach importance to reader feedback, adopt incentive measures to encourage readers to feedback, improve the quality of feedback content by guiding readers, make full use of various channels to obtain feedback information of readers. Through the establishment of information functional departments and the establishment of corresponding systems to improve the operation platform, at the same time, the construction of the book reader feedback mechanism for professional talent demand, but also for the university publishing specialty higher talent training goals.
