【摘要】：科研論文本應(yīng)寫在祖國的大地上,因為科研論文來源于科研成果,而科研成果更多是通過國家財政資金培育出來的。目前,受價值觀念以及科研評價制度的導(dǎo)向影響,大量優(yōu)秀的科研論文流向國際英文學(xué)術(shù)期刊,國家投入大量財政資金創(chuàng)辦英文學(xué)術(shù)期刊,中文學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表的科研論文呈脫離實際、不接地氣的發(fā)展趨勢,學(xué)界的風(fēng)氣愈發(fā)浮躁和功利,科研論文難以對中國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)起到應(yīng)有的支撐作用,與之對應(yīng)的是,科研評價制度難以對科研行為起到應(yīng)有的引導(dǎo)作用。文章嘗試分析這些現(xiàn)象的形成邏輯,并提出對策。
[Abstract]:Scientific research papers are supposed to be written on the motherland, because they come from scientific research achievements, which are more cultivated through national financial funds. At present, under the influence of values and the guidance of scientific research evaluation system, a large number of excellent scientific research papers are flowing to international English academic journals, and the state has invested a lot of financial funds to establish English academic journals. The scientific research papers published in Chinese academic journals are showing a trend of development which is divorced from reality and is not approachable. The trend of academic circles is becoming increasingly impetuous and utilitarian. It is difficult for scientific research papers to play a proper supporting role in the cause of China's modernization construction. The evaluation system of scientific research is difficult to guide scientific research behavior. This paper tries to analyze the formation logic of these phenomena and puts forward some countermeasures.
