【摘要】：民間音樂出版物,即關(guān)于民間音樂的出版物,因市場狹小,正規(guī)出版社很少經(jīng)營,主要靠民間藝人、傳統(tǒng)音樂愛好者為了民間音樂的傳承而私自、非公開地進(jìn)行民間音樂作品的印制與散發(fā),因?yàn)樘幱诜苫疑貛?自然就易引發(fā)版權(quán)糾紛。只有正視民間音樂之出版物的價(jià)值,合理解決現(xiàn)存的版權(quán)保護(hù)難題,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)民間音樂傳承與版權(quán)保護(hù)的互促共進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Folk music publications, that is, publications on folk music, because of the narrow market, the formal publishing houses rarely operate, mainly relying on folk artists, traditional music lovers for the heritage of folk music and private, Private production and distribution of folk music works, because in the legal gray area, it is easy to lead to copyright disputes. Only by facing up to the value of the publication of folk music and reasonably solving the existing problems of copyright protection can we realize the mutual promotion of folk music inheritance and copyright protection.
