【摘要】：正從2001年11月聯(lián)合國教科文組織通過了《文化多樣性宣言》以來,世界各國均提高了對文化多樣性的重視程度,在保護文化多樣性方面也有了較為一致的觀點。文化多樣性是人類必須正視的一個問題,特別是在當前全球化的背景下,文化多樣性也受到了一定的沖擊與挑戰(zhàn),更需要我們提高對文化多樣性的認識。版權法對創(chuàng)作成果的權利及義務予以成文規(guī)定,在保護作者的創(chuàng)作成果及彰顯才智價值方面起到很大作用,是尊重知識、尊重勞動的具體
[Abstract]:Since the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) adopted the Declaration on Cultural Diversity in November 2001, all countries in the world have increased the importance of cultural diversity and have a more consistent view on the protection of cultural diversity. Cultural diversity is a problem that human beings must face up to, especially in the context of globalization, cultural diversity has also been subjected to a certain impact and challenges, and we need to improve our understanding of cultural diversity.
