數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代江西科學(xué)技術(shù)出版社發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略再設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:科技水平日新月異的發(fā)展正不斷影響著人們的生活,數(shù)字化浪潮席卷全球的當(dāng)下,人們的閱讀習(xí)慣也在悄然的發(fā)生變化。依托互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為閱讀媒介,能夠更加方便快捷地搜索出想要閱讀的書籍并提供圖書內(nèi)容的片段,減少了買書的時(shí)間和經(jīng)濟(jì)成本。同時(shí),技術(shù)的革新讓閱讀終端設(shè)備不斷地推陳出新,這一系列的優(yōu)勢體現(xiàn)都將被認(rèn)為是出版行業(yè)未來的發(fā)展趨勢,不斷給紙質(zhì)出版物帶來巨大沖擊。國內(nèi)許多出版企業(yè)的部分市場份額被數(shù)字出版搶占,面對巨大壓力的同時(shí),不同程度地紛紛投入發(fā)展數(shù)字出版。如何在保證傳統(tǒng)出版優(yōu)勢的前提下,提出新的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及尋找新的業(yè)務(wù)模式和利潤增長點(diǎn)對于專業(yè)出版社來說意義重大。借鑒其他出版社戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),探索專業(yè)出版社數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)背景下發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。本文以江西科學(xué)技術(shù)出版社為例,介紹并分析了出版社現(xiàn)行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及存在的問題,通過SWOT分析模型對行業(yè)所處環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)借鑒國內(nèi)其他出版企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的成功案例,歸納整理出出版社在數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代下企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略選擇,并根據(jù)所提出的戰(zhàn)略制定了配套的實(shí)施方案和保障性措施。本文認(rèn)為江西科學(xué)技術(shù)出版社現(xiàn)行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略存在不能適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的變化、不能適應(yīng)消費(fèi)者需求復(fù)雜的要求、不能適應(yīng)市場不斷推陳出新要求三個(gè)方面的問題,出版市場準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)降低、數(shù)字信息技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展等各種因素使出版環(huán)境更為復(fù)雜,競爭更加激烈。建議采用多種出版模式的數(shù)字出版戰(zhàn)略、數(shù)字平臺(tái)建設(shè)的出版戰(zhàn)略、品牌建設(shè)的數(shù)字出版戰(zhàn)略,以適應(yīng)數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代,同時(shí)提出為保障戰(zhàn)略有效實(shí)施,要有優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)數(shù)字出版人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、轉(zhuǎn)變思路等措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, people's reading habits are changing quietly as the tide of digitization is sweeping the world. Relying on the Internet as a reading medium, it is more convenient to search out the books that you want to read and provide fragments of the content of the books, which reduces the time and economic cost of buying books. At the same time, the innovation of technology makes the reading terminal equipment constantly bring forth the old and new. This series of advantages will be regarded as the future development trend of the publishing industry, and it will bring great impact to the paper publication. Some of the market share of domestic publishing enterprises is preempted by digital publishing. In the face of great pressure, digital publishing has been put into development to varying degrees. On the premise of guaranteeing the advantages of traditional publishing, it is of great significance for professional publishers to put forward new enterprise development strategies and find new business models and profit growth points. Using the successful experience of other publishing houses for reference and exploring the development strategy under the background of professional publishing house digital network is the focus of this paper. Taking Jiangxi Science and Technology Publishing House as an example, this paper introduces and analyzes the current development strategy and existing problems of the publishing house, analyzes the environment of the industry through the SWOT analysis model, and at the same time draws lessons from the successful cases of the transformation of other domestic publishing enterprises. This paper sums up the strategic choice of the publishing house under the digital network era, and formulates the corresponding implementation plan and the safeguard measure according to the strategy put forward. This paper holds that the current development strategy of Jiangxi Science and Technology Publishing House can not adapt to the changes of the network age, the complex demands of consumers, and the requirements of the market. Various factors, such as lower market access standards and rapid development of digital information technology, make the publishing environment more complicated and the competition more fierce. It is suggested that the digital publishing strategy of various publishing modes, the publishing strategy of digital platform construction and the digital publishing strategy of brand building should be adopted in order to adapt to the era of digital network. At the same time, it is proposed that in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, it is necessary to optimize the organizational structure. Strengthen the construction of digital publishing talent team, change ideas and other measures.
